Refund and Cancellation Policy
Upon completing a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service.
Cancellation
After completing a Transaction, the User may cancel the Transaction only where cancellation is specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, cancellation is subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.
We retain sole discretion in approving cancellation requests and may request additional details before approval.
Refund and Replacement
Once you have received the product and/or service, replacement, return, or refund can be requested only if the product and/or service does not match the description on the Platform.
Any refund request must be submitted:
- Within three days from the date of the Transaction, or
- Within such number of days as prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.

- A clear and specific reason for the refund request
- The exact terms that have been violated
- Supporting proof, if required
